Join Shape Up Kittitas County at Super 1 foods every 2nd and 4th Wednesday and Thursday of the month from 3-5pm for Grab 'n' Go dinners. Shoppers can taste a healthy, quick, easy to prepare main dish at the entrance to Super 1 Foods. A 'recipe of the week' is provided with nutritional information and suggested additions to create a whole meal. For shoppers convenience all of the ingredients for the recipe of the week are available at the sampling table, to 'grab and go'.
